      Answer: Not really. I’m not a nutritionist or professional but the body needs a facilitator to deliver the vitamin effectively. Rose hips work well and the vitamin must be delivered on a time release basis. Hope my opinion helps.

    The best!
    By far this is the best elderberry vitiam on the market. It has the highest concentration added with ginger and vitiam D. Easy to swollen no carbs not sweet and no side effects.

    Great product from a quality company!
    Easy to open flip-up top, and the capsules are easy to swallow. There is no taste, or aftertaste. Good clean ingredients always with this company! Includes all the Vitamin C, D3 and Zinc that I need. I did order their K2 to assist the D3 in its proper absorption. I love this companies products❤️
