Question: Is this safe for the skin??
Answer: I use it in a diffuser. If you want to use on skin, you may need to mix with a base oil (like almond oil). -
Question: Does this product help with headaches
Answer: It is soothing. It doesn’t necessarily make your headache go away, but it helps. I seek it out whenever I have a headache. Hope this helps. -
Question: My diffuser has water added then drops of oil. Can these oils be used like this:?

Question: Does the peppermint dominate the lavender and rosemary? I want something not too minty.
Answer: This has a perfect balance. It is just enough to come through but is not overpowering. This blend would be good to try if concerned about some scents being too strong, especially when headaches can cause sensitivity. I have made my own headache blends using the same oils but the “Clarify” oil, by Maple Holistics, has become my go to favorite because it is such a good blend.
