    Not as comfortable on the back as expected
    The back pain reliever is not as comfortable as I expected it to be. I place a small towel over it to ease the discomfort.

    I just have started using, level one is a nice stretch. Level 2 was hard to adjust the setting because the plastic is so thick.

    If you're looking at getting one of these, get this one
    If you're looking at getting one of these, get this one. I went through 2 others before I found the right one. This one only has 3 levels (some have four) but it works better than any of my others at stretching and cracking my back. It is firm (some of these are too flexible so they don't work as well) plus it comes with the massage balls which help reach knots. 😀

    Good for the money
    It's compact and does the job. I use the medium setting for about 10minutes a day and so far it's been great for my upper back pain. Not so much for my lower back. I haven't tried the massage balls yet.
