Question: Did your bottle come sealed?
Answer: Their website has this question in the FAQs. The way the bottle is designed causes the seal to come off in the cap when it's first opened. But as long as you hear a pop it was sealed. The company is working on a better design. -
Question: This does not appear to have iron or dha, will i need to get additional supplements?
Answer: Most multi prenatal supplements don’t include iron or dha most likely you purchase them separately due to too much of it can be dangerous for your health. Not everyone needs the extra iron or dha depending on your nutritional intake. It’s a question to ask your personal doctor & have them check your deficiency :) -
Question: Is the product supposed to arrive sealed because mine was not?
Answer: Hi there, Thank you for asking, we appreciate and understand your concern! First off, let me assure you that the product DOES have a safety seal. Due to the nature of the glass bottles, we cannot use high heat to seal the safety seal, as it is directly applied to the glass bottle opening. As the bottle is opened, the seal is suctioned up with the lid. If you're listening for it, you can hear a slight pop of the suction breaking when opening your bottle. Since this may not be noticeable for many customers, it is a cause for concern! Know that we are working on fixing this issue! Working with large glass bottles was new for us, and we didn't anticipate this particular issue. It has been a learning curve! For future runs, we are adding an additional outer safety seal to the product so people can feel safer about their product, but unfortunately, we must go through the inventory (that doesn't have the 2nd seal) before we can get some of that inventory in. It is definitely important to make certain your product has not been tampered with, and we are so sorry that this has been a cause of concern for our customers. Question: I was gonna buy this product but then I read the reviews about there not being a safety seal. What's with that?
Answer: There’s no seal outside , there’s a white induction inside but when I opened it , it came right off . Company says it’s fine but it is a little worrisome . -

Answer: There is no outer seal but if you listen closely next time you purchase you will hear a slight pop. It’s pressured sealed like a canned jar.
