      Answer: Very easy to open with one hand and teeth on a bike. I did many miles on the bike training and then for a full ironma n. Its nice because it also has a litter leash. U tear off the top but its still attached to the rest of the container so you do t litter. And the flavors are great.

      Answer: I understand that no, that it only contains calories, and some also contain caffeine.

    The advert for this said, New Flavors, but they were the same as the last two I ordered. Even so I really do like the convince these offer.

    This helps with vertigo!
    Bought these to help when vertigo starts on a trip, car, hiking, etc, although it is not a cure, it does help tremendously. Keep a few in my car, backpack and purse when we travel. Fast shopping. Fresh product.
