The expected battery life is approximately 200 hours of continuous operation or 1 year with 3 measurements per day. Thermometer features include: digital display, dual measuring scale (Fahrenheit and Celsius), auto shut-off, fever alarm, recall memory, and 30-second reading capability. To use, place thermometer under tongue. Close your mouth and breathe evenly through the nose so the measurement isn't influenced by inhaled/exhaled air. A normal temperature range is between 96.3 degrees F and 99.1 degrees F. When done, the alarm beeps for 10 seconds and a measured reading appears on the LCD simultaneously. |
