Answer: Everyone that keep insisting that each tablet has 150mg of elemental magnesium, because the dose of 3 caplets contains 450mg, does not understand that these amounts are just as the description says - "450mg per serving AS MAGNESIUM CITRATE". Magnesium Citrate is a compund of magnesium and other ingredients to create this variety of magnesium supplement. The actual amount of ELEMENTAL magnesium is far less than 150mg per caplet and, apparently, microingredients, refuses to tell us the actual figure. Like many other supplement manufacturers, they word things in a deceptive manner to make people think they are getting higher amounts of the primary ingredient, than they actually are. -
