    Makes you feel relaxed
    bought this to help with my insomnia, works great for relaxing before bed, clears my head and makes my body feel calm, it doesn't make me feel sleepy...but it helps when taken with something like melatonin! I think someone who does not have insomnia would probably feel sleepy with this product alone. The taste is not bad, it kinda smells and tastes like an herbal tea....but it looks disgusting if you mix it in tea or with food. I find it easier to eat mixed with apple sauce (it will turn your sauce black). My husband also like the way this stuff makes him feel...though he finds consuming it to be inconvenient. I really recommend trying if you want a natural way to relax and de-stress before bed!

    Gritty but tasty
    Love this tea. It can be a little gritty if you don’t drink it fast enough but the flavor is nice and smooth.

    Great brand & product, but this powder doesn't smell good
    I think it works well when I take it, but I just can't force myself to take it every night. It doesn't smell good, unfortunately. So, even though it's cheaper (the reason I purchased this version) I'll probably buy buy capsules next time. So, 4 stars

    Great product
    It is tough to swallow. I put water in my mouth then toss it in and chug it down with more water. Not that easy but seems better than drinking it.

    Nightly Routine
    Okay this is now absolutely part of my nightly routine and should be part of yours as well. I drink it with tea and maybe a small drop of honey about 30 to 45 minutes before I go to bed. I fall asleep quickly but more importantly I sleep the entire night but wait there's more....I have the best dreams! So solid sleep, with great dreams and when I wake I I not groggy or hazy at all. This stiff works as advertised but actually even better. So the negative is kind of the taste and gritty particulars. So to fix the taste add tea and honey then slowly lessen the amount of honey and your fine. For the gritty you can try letting it sit longer then reheat the drink. But any negative is eclipsed with the great sleep and dreams.

    Very effective, but not delicious
    It doesn’t take great (tastes very earthy) but it really works! I will try it in an herbal tea next time instead of water, but it works as well as Xanax.

    Deep sleep
    This product is absolutely incredible. These are all the right ingredients to that only calm your mind but restore. Are you fully when you sleep. Highly recommended.
