      Answer: As long as the PI% (Perfusion Index) is above .5% you can be assured of high accuracy. If the PI is low change to a different finger, make sure your hands are warm, or remove nail polish. SpO2 naturally fluctuates throughout the day anything over 94 is normal.

      Answer: Only light colored polish. Try turning the finger sideways, it will work.
