Question: How do you clean these pads? Do you need to pre-clean them before the actual cleaning?
Answer: It all depends on how soiled they were but here is what we recommend: 1. You can take a paper towel or a regular towel and wipe them off with it and toss the dust bunnies/hair in the trash. 2. Some people use an old bristle brush to take off the dust and the hair. They come off pretty easy. Once the majority of the dust is gone, you can rinse them in a bucket of water or under the faucet and either handwash the pad or toss them it the washer. Let them air dry. Hope that helps! -
Question: How do you get the pads into "wet" mode?
Answer: Any way that works best for you and your floors. Here are the top 3 ways customers use them. 1. Dip them in a bucket of warm water and add with your favorite cleaning solution if you'd like. Then use your hand to squeeze the water out to a wetness you'd like. Repeat when necessary. 2. Run them under a faucet and wring them out as much as you need. 3. Use a spray bottle or a cleaner as you go to spray the floors as you mop. You can also wet the pad beforehand if you'd like. Hope that helps! -

Answer: Yep! These are made to be used dry and wet. -
Question: Would these work with swifter steam boost mop?
Answer: We actually haven't tested them on the Swiffer steam boost yet, feel free to give them a shot and let us know. If they don't fit, we will happily refund your order and be able to inform future customers. -J -

Question: Can someone please tell me what the (shorter) width of the cloth is after the tabs are fastened together? thanks.
Answer: When the pad is fastened around the mop head, it measures about 5 1/4”. The pad actually wraps up a bit on the mop head. -

Answer: Yep! These should last for quite a few washes!! Of course, like with any product sometimes there are defective ones where the sewing was off or something, in which case just reach out to us directly and we will get it replaced for ya! :) To do this: 1.
