Question: These are supposed to be 4 packs of 55 pods I ordered 2 so I should received 8 total correct?
Answer: I also order 2 (4 packs) for a total of 8 containers. I received 2 containers but, after a quick chat with customer service they promptly fixed the mistake and are sending the other 6. Easy enough. -
Question: Can you use this product with regular Clorox bleach
Answer: Yes, you can use chlorine bleach with the Tide Simply Oxi, if you wish. The non-chlorine, oxygen-based bleach will work to whiten and brighten clothes, but if you want to use chlorine bleach with our Tide Simply, it is perfectly safe to do so. Question: Is this product good to use?+?
Answer: You'll find that these get the dirt and odor out at a lower price but with 3x the power of baking soda liquid detergent. We're sure you'll love it! -
Question: How many pods are necessary per load?
Answer: You should find that for small or medium loads, adding 1 pac to your drum before adding your laundry will do the trick and 2 pacs for large loads or 3 pacs will work for X-Large loads. -
Question: Are these safe for septic tanks?

Answer: All of our detergents are suitable for colored fabrics. The best thing you can do is to wash the garments according to the care label and for darker colors, we recommend testing to make sure the item is colorfast. -
