Answer: The answer is YES! Actually, this is a bonus fuction, there is no instruction on user manual either. 1. Put in ONE battery only 2. Press the "start" button and hold on 3. Put in another battery 4. When the screem shows "CAL", the setting is completed Notice: This mode is only available in Celsius The measurement range is 0-60℃ Do not measure forehead temperature under this mode You can not set this mode as default, when you turn on the thermometer again, it will change to the mode for human -
Question: Can i use aaa 1100mah rechargable batteries in it?
Answer: This thermometer is not a high-power drain device, so there should be no problem in using rechargeable batteries. Alkaline batteries are already supplied with the unit, though: so, battery replacement will not be necessary for some time, since the unit also has a power-saving automatic-off function. -
Question: What is the normal and fever range set in this thermometer?
Answer: The normal measurement range is 32℃ - 43℃ (89.6℉ - 109.4℉ ) When temperature is higher than 37.6℃ (99.6℉), the screen backlight turns orange, and the machine will vibrate and make a "di di di" sound alarm -

Answer: The YT-1 Yuwell thermometer I purchased a year ago did not come with a case. The product description still does not mention a case, either. But, currently (4/13/21) there is a $5 discount coupon off its $19.99 price, which makes it a great deal, anyway, even without a case. -

Answer: This thermometer does come with a case......you can see it in one of the photos, and it is mentioned in the description. I just ordered this and I will be very upset if it arrives without the case !!!!
