Answer: No they have to thaw a bit first -

Answer: No it is more of a plastic/fabric like. Not really plastic but not really fabric, sort of a combo. -

Answer: Only used for cold and they stayed cold for around 30 minutes. -

Answer: I keep them in the freezer ready to use, since they come in multiples, you can always have one ready to go if you are using one. -

Answer: 10"X5" It works very well and freezes quickly. -

Answer: I've only used them chilled & they stay chilled 1-2 hrs wrappedin a dishtowel. They're nice quality,good size & adaptable to where you need them. Hope this helps. -
Question: What is the correct way to clean, sanitize, & disinfect the outer fabric of these allseth health reusable hot and cold gel ice packs?
Answer: I use Melaluca sanitizing products for all surfaces. Sol-u-guard -
Question: where are they made?
Answer: While this product is sold by Allsett Health which is located in New York, I don't know if it was manufactured elsewhere. Sorry, threw the packaging away, and nothing is indicated on the gel pack itself. I've used the pack several times (frozen), and like how it stays cold pretty long. It's also more flexible than other gel packs, so I can wrap them around the sore spot more easily.
