Answer: The broom is made with soft bristles, we suggest you use it on smooth surface. It is great for indoor use. -

Answer: Yes. Handle is three pieces and broom total of four pieces. I love this broom as it is lightweight and stored in a small space. Each pole is about 16 in and broom 14in wide. Soft bristles. -
