    This will make you know what labor pains feel like
    I’ve given birth to two kids and I straight up had to use breathing techniques when this stuff kicks in. I don’t feel this product falls under “gentle”. The cramps are unbelievable. Do not go anywhere public in the afternoon if you took it in the morning. Taking it at bedtime sucks too because you will be late for work. If you take it at bedtime on a weekend, you’re day is spoken for at home.

    I Lost 11 Pounds!
    So I’ve struggled with losing weight for awhile not because I can’t lose any but because of discipline I decided to try these to see if it’d help me lose weight which they did and I didn’t take them everyday for 15 days because I have work and you will have to use the restroom a couple times, I only had was back and forth to the restroom about 5 hours in the day but it’s not as bad as it seems I was also dieting but not very strict I had my slip ups but I don’t recommend going outside of a diet because the point is to clean you out and the stomach pain was bad when I would mess up my diet but I lost 11 pounds on these pills and the weight has stayed off for 2months I just bought them again and I’m going to try to stick to a diet better and lose more weight :)
