    • Question: Do these products contain parabens?

      Answer: No Parabens!
    • Question: Can I use the applicator from the original formula to apply internally rather than use the provided finger cots?

      Answer: No for two reasons, the applicator will not fit this tube and the consistency of the product is too thick to pass through the applicator. The consistency is designed to provide for better and longer acting contact with the lining in order to provide improved effectiveness.
    • Question: How is this different from the maximum strength??

      Answer: Our Advanced Formula contains a thicker formula for longer lasting coverage of the affected area, different active and inactive ingredients, and a larger 1.5oz size tube vs the 1 oz tube of the Maximum Strength formula. The Maximum Strength ointment relieves pain and reduces swelling while our Advanced Formula relieves pain and provides protection. So both relieve acute pain. Right now it’s not possible to relieve pain, reduce swelling and provide protection all in one ointment. What we recommend is a treatment plan consisting of two weeks of our Maximum Strength ointment as soon as you notice hemorrhoids to reduce swelling, followed by two weeks of our Advanced Formula to protect the affected area from further inflammation.
    • Question: In 7/2021, I contacted the maker re: the top of the tube (the side with the cap), separated from the body of the tube. Has this been fixed?

      Answer: I'm sorry that I cannot answer your question. My products were not as you described and I've had no problems with them at all. Thanks for asking and as you stated, only the maker can answer your question.
    • Question: Is this a vasodilator cream ?

      Answer: It is described as having a cooling and shrinking effect. Witch Hazel is used in other applications to tighten skin on the face and neck and other uses. It is an astringent and by definition then it would be a constrictor vs dilator.
    • Question: Does this have a vasoconstrictor as well like the maximum strength?

      Answer: Yes, it does and it states that on the instruction/information paper on the inside of the box. Thanks for asking!
    • Question: can people with high blood pressure use these products?

      Answer: Yes, if blood pressure is under control but it is always advisable to discuss with your personal physician
    • Question: Does the ointment come with an applicator?

      Answer: The Advanced Formula which is part of the bundle comes with finger cots. Our Maximum Strength Ointment comes with an applicator.
    • Question: why it comes without an applicator ? question to manufacturer 😵‍💫

      Answer: The consistency of the Advanced formula is designed to provide for better and longer acting contact with the lining in order to provide improved effectiveness. The consistency of the product is too thick to pass through an applicator. That is why we provide finger cots.
    • Question: If this is supposed to tighten the skin will I have to strain more?

      Answer: Doubtful it could have a significant effect on tightening the anus. More of an effect on shrinking swollen engorged tissues. I'm no Dr. but if you are straining that much, you need fiber and MiraLAX. My Father has PD which causes constipation. The MiraLAX has worked wonders as a gentle softener. No more straining.

    The tube opened up from the bottom of the tube
    I asked for a refund because the product opened up from the bottom of the tube. The ointment inside tube is extremely thick and hard to squeeze out of the tube causing the tube to open from the bottom.

    As of now product is showing some improvement
    The pain is not that, initially I actually cried in the restroom but now it seems like pain is diminishing
