Question: what is the type of head brush that comes by default?
Answer: It’s an Oral B with round bristle head. It pops onto the wand just like prior Oral Bs, however the shape on the bottom of the brush attachment is oval, not round. So if you have brushes leftover from an older Oral B, you won’t be able to use them. -

Answer: It’s a really good tooth brush. Better battery life and a few upgraded function -

Answer: I didn't see any, but 4 original heads is just around 30$. I used generic heads for other toothbrush's and the difference is huge. So please treat your dental health with 8$ head each few months. -
Question: Mine is stopping before the 2 minutes and won’t restart unless a charge it again?
Answer: We're sorry you're having this experience, since our products go through many quality checks to ensure that you can rely on them. To make sure that your toothbrush is being charged properly, make sure that it's being placed on the charging pin correctly. Be aware that depending on the model, it could take up to 24 hours to fully charge your toothbrush. As well, an Oral-B toothbrush shouldn't be charged on or near a metal surface because the charger transfers energy through a magnetic field. Placing the charger on a metal surface may cause the magnetic field to be interrupted, resulting in a reduction of energy transferring to the brush handle. This leads to longer charging times.
