    • Question: Can this stay on all night if I put it on when going to bed? I have a torn rotator cuff and lots of joint damage in my shoulder. Lots of discomfort

      Answer: I don’t think you would want to wear it all night. The Ice pack stays cold for less than an hour in summer temps. I have used it for relief after torn rotator cuff surgery. It is the best ice pack I have had for the shoulder. It allows me to strap it in place and move about the house.
    • Question: Can it be used on either shoulder?

      Answer: Yes, the straps are removable to allow you to change this to either a right or a left shoulder, and the allow you to choose to use the soft velour-like side or the vinyl (colder) side.
    • Question: Hi, this ice pack requires refreeze time of 4 hours for each use?

      Answer: I don’t usually have it in for the full 4 hours before I ice again. I will keep on my shoulder for 20 minutes and it seems sufficiently cold to help. I’m recovering from shoulder surgery and did get two packs. Rotate usually 40 minutes in the freezer 20 minutes on my shoulder. So each is getting about 2 hours in before it’s used again.
    • Question: Suitable for a 5’9” 175 lb male?

      Answer: Absolutely. I'm 5'2 and 200 lbs, my husband is 6'3" and 300 lbs, and its comfortable for both of us. It fits well, and is super comfortable.
    • Question: This comes in two sizes, what are chest measurements for each size? How would I know which would fit?

      Answer: Are you a big person or a little person? You need to determine what size you are by the clothes you always purchase. Do you have extra big muscles? Then a large or extra-large would probably work better for you.
    • Question: Can this product be used for heat, via the microwave?

    • Question: Is there a video to understand how to put this on? These instructions make no sense to me

      Answer: I found this ice pack was to cumbersome to wear and I returned it.
    • Question: Which one for shoulder surgery is easiest to get into alone?

      Answer: If you are fresh out of surgery none will be easy. But the Revix is big enough to lay on your shoulder without being strapped in. As the shoulder heals you will be able to strap the Revix on.
    • Question: Does it now come with long arm strap?

      Answer: I only ordered mine a little over 2 months ago (delivered December 10, 2020) and it has a pitifully short arm strap. The person in the picture must be miniature. I'm using an elastic strap with velcro at each end to extend the arm strap.

    Stays cold!
    Got this for my daughter. She plays softball and she was complaining of muscle pain in her throwing arm. She loves this thing. She said it’s very comfortable.

    Ease of use
    Just had surgery yesterday, came home and used it. Works well . Only thing is that it needs to stay cold longer.

    Works great but lasted less than a year
    I used these maybe 3-5 times a week and after about a year the velcro straps stopped sticking so it was unusable. Other than that it’s exactly as advertised
