Answer: No. -
Question: does this work with starkey?
Answer: I'm sure it would. I had Sarkeys at one time and I have always used this type of devise to get the wax out of the hearing aides. -
Question: What is the exact length of the tiny plastic wire that cleans the tubular part ?
Answer: The wire is not plastic, but a metal “u” shaped metal wire approx 3/8” in length. Works perfect to keep the hearing way open. It’s a good effective way to keep the hearing aid clear of wax build up -
Question: How am I supposed to know how to use the tools if the kit doesn't come with any instructions?
Answer: I was a bit confused about which tool to use myself! I used the smaller pin to remove any dirt from the tiny tube, then sanitize the device, and wipe it off with the cleaning cloth. Just make sure to do it on any white background, since hearing aid parts are so tiny and very hard to locate if you misplace them. I hope that helps. Good luck!
