    • Question: Where does the sugar come from in the unflavored? all others i see which are pure whey isolate do not have any sugar. is this added sugar?

Answer: There are no added sugars. Those are the natural sugars in wpi
    • Question: Can it be mixed in food

Answer: Mix it with coffee with for an added boost of caffeine to your workout.
    • Question: Does this protein provides bcaas or glutamine

Answer: Whey protein has a full BCAA profile, so yes it contains BCAAs and glutamine (glutamine is a BCAA).
    • Question: What is the amino acid profile of this protein powder?

      Answer: Amino Acid Profile (% of total amino acid) Alanine 5.00 Arginine 2.10 Aspartic Acid 11.0 Cystine 2.20 Glutamic Acid 18.1 Glycine 1.40 Histidine 1.70 Isoleucine 6.40 Leucine 10.6 Lysine 9.60 Methionine 2.20 Phenylalanine 3.00 Proline 5.50 Serine 4.60 Threonine 6.70 Tryptophan 1.40 Tyrosine 2.60 Valine 5.90
    • Question: Hey, primary difference between this and protein concentrate? Thanks!

Answer: Isolate is isolated protein, and concentrate is not. Reportedly, concentrate might have traces of lactose. BTW, this product might also contains Acesulfame K, which is not listed on the listing contents. This is a controversial artificial sweetener - please look it up.
    • Question: Is this lactose free?

Answer: The previous person that answered, some whey isolates can be lactose-free while all whey concentrates contain lactose. Can someone from the company answer if this product lactose-free?
    • Question: How is the mixablility

Answer: I use it every night To make my coffee shake for the morning. So it’s perfect and smooth by then. I can’t answer about a quick mixability but my husband uses his in the Nutribullet with ice and milk and loves it!
    • Question: What is the difference between whey protein powder and whey isolate?

Answer: The primary difference between whey protein and its isolate form is the amount of protein, lactose and fat present. Whey protein powder contains anywhere from 11 to 14.5 percent protein, 63 to 75 percent lactose and 1 to 1.5 percent milk fat, according to registered dietitian Marjorie Geiser. Comparatively, whey protein isolate is over 90 percent protein and contains roughly 0.5 percent of lactose and milk fat. Whey isolate is especially beneficial for you if you are lactose intolerant and can not digest the lactose in whey protein.
    • Question: Does it come with a Scoop

Answer: Yes, a good sized, clear plastic one (probably 3 tbsp or whatever a serving is)
