      Answer: The guide is just holding the bottle in the right position - the drop comes out of the bottle and falls from the tip of the bottle directly into your open eye.
    • Question: Does the guide keep your upper eyelid open?

      Answer: Our dispenser is designed to hold the lower eyelid down, opening a small gap between the eye lid and the eye ball which can take up the eye drop.
    • Question: Does it work for latanoprost drops 2.5 ml?

      Answer: It might fit loosely causing the bottle to misalign and your 2.5 ml might be too small. It depends on the bottle shape. Used the device for a few weeks with limited results but gave up on it and put the drops directly in my eyes.
    • Question: Does this work with the small Pataday once a day drop?

      Answer: No, the design is all wrong.
    • Question: Can you clean the Remedic eyedrop guide aid eyedrop bottle dispenser by boiling in the microwave?

      Answer: For cleaning, put it in the dishwasher - or pour over some boiling water for disinfection. Wiping with medical alcohol is also possible.
    • Question: Can this product be used on someone who cannot put their head back?

      Answer: No.
    • Question: My eyedrops are in a 5.5ml blue tip bottle which has no taper to it, just straight up and down. Do you know if it will work with this kind of dropper?

      Answer: Yes, aim straight up and down and practice without using the drops. It can be done.

    Works great for my dad
    My 87-year old dad finds this very helpful for precise placement of eye drops. He only has vision in one eye so this gadget makes it much easier for him to do the drops himself, rather than having to rely on someone else.
