    • Question: Are they keto friendly?

      Answer: No… not in a million years…. Carbs are too high, plus it uses maltitol, the last time I checked. (Maltitol has a glucose index nearly as high as sugar…) That said, they are low-carb/Atkins friendly. My kiddo and I love them, my hubby thinks we are crazy for doing so. (Donut and birthday are our faves.) They are a nice grab and go, totally fake and processed, who cares I don’t have time but I am hungry, kinda food. Definitely will fill you up - packed with plenty of calories.

      Answer: No, each bar is sealed and if it gets extremely hot, the bar might show signs of heat but it doesn't need to be refrigerated. I love these because it's a small snack, individually wrapped, and takes very little space to take one or two along.

      Answer: Not sure how much fiber, but pretty sure its on the box listing. If not definitely Google 👍

    Only protein bars I actually like the flavor of
    These are the only protein bars I have enjoyed eating. Don't get me wrong, they do have that chalky taste still but it isn't nearly as bad as any of the other protein bars I have tried. Been ordering these for over a year now! I love the mini ones, they are the perfect size for me.
