    Doesn’t smell & taste awful …
    The fact that I can take these without my protein shake of juice tasting like absolute garbage is such a huge plus. Powdered BCAA’s (at least the ones I’ve tried) are terrible and this is perfect.

    A BCAA that I don't have to add to water!
    Yay! I wish I knew about this sooner! No more having to purchase flavored, artificially sweetened BCAA powders that need to be mixed with water! Just two capsules a day and is sufficient to the recommended dosage, in which I've compared to a lot of other powdered BCAA products! I know there are "professionals" or "experts" that say this is nothing close to the recommended dosage, BUT it's better than nothing.. If you say that nothing is better, then that's your own theory. That means you can just find your own preference, no one will judge you, as long as it works for you. But I've been taking these for a few days now and I must say, I have quick recovery! Something I definitely need in order to do cardio everyday! My goal right now is just 10,000 steps a day, with weight/resistance training.. Planning for a healthier future!
