I can tell you that you need to do research, look at options and understand that an honest doctor will tell you it's easier to tell patients to take a pill than to be informed. -
Question: Aside from quantity of mgs what's the difference between this and dfh coqnol - 100mg, as far as how the different types coq10 affect the body?
