Question: How long to heat? I heated it for a minute, and nothing. I then kept heating it 30 seconds per microwave attempt, and it never even got warm.
Answer: Please follow the heating instructions below: HOT WATER: Bring water to boil, remove from heat, and immerse the gel pack for approximately 5-10 minutes. After 5 minutes, check every 1 minute to see if the correct temperature has been reached. MICROWAVE: Flatten the pack to ensure the gel is evenly dispersed. If the gel pack is at room temperature, place in the microwave for 60 seconds. If the pack is frozen, heat it for 60 seconds. Use additional intervals of 10 seconds as necessary. Check the pack after each interval. Microwaving the gel pack for too long will cause it to burst. These time measurements are based on a microwave with 600W power -- adjust power settings or time estimates accordingly.
