    • Question: Some reviews say family owned business in Minessota, also seeing made in China? Which is it?

      Answer: My purchased came with a written card confirming it was a family owned business. Probably the product is sold by them but produced in china (as mostly everything in this world)
    • Question: Is this scented?

      Answer: There is no mention of scent on the ingredients list on the package. Lost my smeller to Covid so can't be sure.
    • Question: Does this have fragrance? I’m allergic and cannot tell from the description.

      Answer: I didn't smell it. I am allergic to fragrance as well so I'm careful about my laundry products. But since this product gets washed out during Tub Clean cycle or just regular wash cycle (without any laundry inside the tub), I don't think it's a problem.
    • Question: Is it safe and of good quality?

      Answer: I like it. Works well and doesn’t stink up the machine like some miserable cleaner I used that Tide put out. Safe? That’s a safe assumption I think.
    • Question: It says 1 years supply? So your supposed to do it 2x a month?!?!

      Answer: Hello! Yep! So that is every other week to keep it in prime shape. Some people do it once a month even to make it last 2 years! Whatever works :) Feel free to use the calendar provided on the packaging to keep track. Best, J

      Answer: Yes indeed
    • Question: Are all products safe?

      Answer: It is quite safe when used as directed.
    • Question: Do the tablets dissolve completely? Bought Affresh and they did mot dissolve.

      Answer: You use the washer's cleaning cycle, which fills up the tub higher than normal in order to clean the build up on the outer portion, and so the tablet will completely dissolve, leaving a nice scent afterward. And they give you enough for up to two years, depending upon how much wash you do, and if you clean it once a month.
    • Question: When it says you have to clean the residue, how much residue is it leaving and is that a simple task?

      Answer: Very little. I cleaned my machine for the 1st time in YEARS. It seemed like it might have a little bit of cloudy but I couldn't really tell. I reran the clean cycle as a precaution.
    • Question: Will this foam up too much if used with soft water?

      Answer: Don't know for sure. But I think it'd be ok

    Works as it should
    Product worked very well. By admission, we should have run the clean cycle on our washer more frequently. Washer started smelling funky, so we first did a bleach cleaning. Got rid of the funk, but still was not convinced our washer was totally clean. Purchased product and gave it a run. There was some "debris" settled at the bottom of the tub. Cleaned it out, and ran the washer through another cleaning just to make sure. More debris found, but not as much as the first run. We particularly like the fact that this product is unscented. We use all unscented products. Clean should not smell like anything. Our washer is now clean, and not merely masked over with some scented by-product.
