Answer: From reading the label, there does not appear to be any fiber. It is all the biotics (pre/pro) that are listed and nothing -
Question: What are the signs you feel that this is really works?
Answer: Personally, this helps me be more consistent with a probiotic than remembering to eat/drink cultured foods. That it’s time-released means it’s hopefully waiting until it gets into my gut to start working. I didn’t have regularity issues before, so that hasn’t changed. I do feel like I’m eating less and maybe that’s a “side effect” of feeling fuller. Your mileage may vary. -
