    Really helps with my headaches.
    I put this on immediately as a migraine or bad headache hits. It definitely lessons the severity of my headache. I get my headaches on the left upper side of my head and neck. I use this stick and it is better than over the counter medication.

    Wife loves both. They don't leave her groggy. Does what I hoped, it works well.
    My wife tried the stuck and the next day she asked where I bought it. She bought one for our daughter and the capsules for one of our grandkids.
