Question: Can you put this in boiling water for hot therapy ?
Answer: We would not recommend boiling the packs due to their soft direct to skin fabric which would make them quite wet if soaked. Microwave for 1 minute increments until the correct temperature is achieved is best method for hot therapy. -
Question: Are these okay to keep in a cooler with ice so that they stay cold when I am not arround a refridgerator?
Answer: Absolutely! If they are frozen first they will last longer in a cooler. We would also suggest keeping them in a plastic bag so that the ice does not get them too wet. The direct to skin material can absorb some water and may not be as comfortable. -

Question: can you use this on your knee (secure it in place)?
Answer: You probably can, but it gaps around the knee. The velcro is terrible. When I use them on my lower legs, I have to secure the packs with binder clips. My suggestion is that you look for a much better product. -
