    NOt a fan
    I honestly wasn't a fan of this product. It didn't work well for my body - that is not to say it won't work for others so I do suggest trying, but it may not be for everyone. I did try the 2 week cleanse and did really like that!

    Use consistently, you'll see results.
    I have trouble with ankle swelling, especially since moving to Florida. Both these products help with that and stomach bloating. Consistently using them is the key.
