Question: Is either good for Sciatica?
Answer: That's a tough question because the origin of Sciatica can be tough to diagnose, therefore treat. I would say that the Muscle Cramps and Spasms is great to treat the tight muscle and soreness that comes from the sciatica. I don't know if the Joint Foam would really help at at all. Sciatica isn't usually a joint issue per say. Joint foam may provide some localized relief to joint area, like your hip, that some reference when describing the location of sciatica pain. Question: What are the ingredients? Does any of it contain aspirin or aspirin related products?
Answer: There is one active ingredient; Olibanum (anti inflammatory). There are many inactive ingredients, but I don't see anything indicating aspirin.
