    • Question: Will these help you gain weight?

      Answer: ALL you need to gain weight is to eat in a caloric surplus; the macros don't matter. I you're want to bulk/clean bulk you need to figure out your maintenance calories and then add 100-200 additional calories a day. You don't want to gain weight too quickly because you are trying to minimize fat gain. You will also have to include some kind of progressive overload workout program.
    • Question: The gelatin used in Fit crunch is Vegan or not ?

      Answer: Yes. These bars do have gelatin. The bars package specifies it as gelatin (bovine).
    • Question: How much sodium in each bar?

      Answer: 490 mg
    • Question: Do these protein bars have large chunks of nuts?

      Answer: I wouldn't really call them large chunks. You will find peanut halves in there. If you want a real treat, try the cookies and cream flavor Fit Crunch. My favorite protein bar of all time! And I've been eating these things for almost 2 decades now.
    • Question: How big are these bars?

      Answer: full size bars. 30g protein
    • Question: Can a person with dentures eat these?

      Answer: I don't have dentures, BUT, I would think that you can, if in doubt go buy ONE bar at the store before you buy them by the box. These are the BEST tasting bars we've ever had. They have nuts & Carmel in the ones we like but there are different favors.
    • Question: Are Chef Irvines bars all meal replacement? Or just some, and which ones?

      Answer: He has FitCrunch Snack Bars which are 190 calories and quite filling. But I doubt they would be a good meal replacement for most people. However, there are larger bars FitCrunch Protein Bars, which are 380 calories and could definitely be used to replace a meal.

      Answer: sucralose and sugar

    I love these Robert Irvine Fit Crunch bars. I’ve ordered 4 or 5 different flavors and love them all. The 3.10 oz bars are a bit too big for a snack and a bit rich for a meal. I usually split them in half but the smaller 1.62 oz are enough for a snack. I buy a box every month or two and eat them on my way to or from the gym if I don’t have a meal ready. I’ll continue to buy these for the foreseeable future.

    Best Tasting Protein Bars!!
    I’ve been eating protein bars for almost 3 decades and these by far are the best I’ve ever tasted! If I’m high at night and get the munchies I just eat a bar.

    These protein bars are enormous! I could taste the jelly more than the peanut butter, but they are tasty.

    The perfect on-the-go snack!
    These protein bars are so yummy! My coworker put me onto them and now I'm officially obsessed. The only flavor I've tried so far is the chocolate chip cookie dough. It does not disappoint. If you're looking for a easy and nutritious grab-and-go snack, these are a great option!!
