Answer: I received this 02/2023. Expiration date: 08/2024. -

Answer: Total sugars is listed as 14g per 1 tablespoon -
Question: “Take 1 tablespoon (15ml) per day as needed” meaning?
Answer: When I was taking it one of the web cites advertising it (I think it was CVS) said no more than 6 doses in a 24 hour hour period so I took took it every 4 hours only if I needed it. If I wasn’t coughing I would skip the dose. While it says natural the web cautioned not to exceed that dose. You probably can call a pharmacy and check. -

Answer: The directions state that you can take! tablespoon daily as needed as the only ingredients are zinc, sodium, English ivy, elderberry juice concentrate, and honey.
