Answer: It seems to be. I have not put a lot of water in it to test it but when I have rinsed and shaken off the device then put it in the bag there was no water on any of the items in my purse. -

Question: How do you emty the bag?
Answer: The bag is simply to hold the device for storage. You need to figure out where your urine is going to go - where you plan on pointing this device is where the liquid will land. Toilet, bushes, etc. If you decide you need to have a bag with this, then bring your own Ziplocs and throw them in the garbage receptacle. -
