However, I didn't realize it was in this shampoo at a hotel I had visited and my skin was so irritated. My scalp was on fire (not literally), I had to wash my scalp various time under a cool shower, so I myself would not recommend it. I use it in my mop water to lightly scent my home; I do like the refreshing smell.
