    Plantar facia and bone spur relief
    Easy to install and after a few weeks of wearing ; my foot pain is gone. Pricey and pain relief is worth it. Recommend checking each time to ensure that they don't slide down in your shoes. Follow the instructions and remove the original manufacturer insert , prior to installation.

    Very Helpful for Plantar Fasciitis
    I've had custom made inserts (very expensive!). These Sof Sole 3/4 length inserts are the next best thing to custom made.
