    These balls are not painfull to use
    At first, I was scared of buying these balls because I heard that they did not give, they were not soft. It sounded like I was going to be in pain using them. I was wrong. The firmness is what makes the ball effective. I use them on my hands and feet. I have not used them long enough to comment on pain relief. However, if you are looking for that type of balls to help relieve whatever issue you have. Andre

    Great for sore feet and muscles
    I purchased these to use for my feet. Good price. I like these way more than tennis balls. I also use them on my legs, hands and shoulders.
