Question: Does the boost last all day? Couple hours? 30 mins?
Answer: I use this product as an alternative to caffeine or sugar to circumvent afternoon brain fog. I use coffee in the morning but alpha brain after lunchtime. It helps me find and maintain focus to get through a busy afternoon in meetings or lab work. But I only can tell if I’m taxing my mental faculties with work; it’s evident as I can concentrate for longer without confusing myself or thoughts meandering. I don’t feel like I’m amped up or boosted or otherwise having to burn off excess energy. -
Question: How long does this last once you take it? Is it something that lasts all day or only for a few hours?
Answer: The duration of the effects depends on the individual because of differing metabolism speeds, and other biological factors. We've seen customers feel the benefits for anywhere from 4 hours to a full day. -
Question: There is no best by date, only a manufacturing date...not good. If stored properly how long would these be good after the mfg date? 1 year 2 years?

Answer: This product is a powder drink mix. Each packet is equivalent to two of the Alpha Brain capsules. A 30 count bottle of capsules will equal a 15-Day Supply, while this box contains a 30-Day supply. -
Question: What is the carb count if any?
Answer: Sorry i can't tell either from the ingredients list. I'd suggest calling them. I really like it though. Works well. Doesn't seem to have side effects for me anyways. -
