Answer: Are barebell protein bars keto friendly? Label lists 16 carbs, 3 fiber and 13 sugar alcohol. I doubt it is 0 net carbs. Listed on back Protein blend, glycerol, collagen, maltitol, polydextrose, cocoa butter, water, cashew, milk powder, sunflower oil, cocoa mass, peanut paste, cocoa powder, soy lechitin, sucralose, acesulfame-k. Been on keto for 6 months now and down 45lbs but kept it super simple. -

Question: Any way to get a mix of these flavors instead of just one?
Answer: Not that I’ve seen. The one that many people don’t like is the white chocolate one. I live white chocolate but they didn’t get their recipe right. Their chocolate recipe is so spot on that if you like one you’ll very likely enjoy all other chocolate coated ones.
