    • Question: This has green tea leaf extract and coffee bean extract. Does it contain caffeine? If so how much?

      Answer: I don’t believe it contains any caffeine.
    • Question: What is the best time to take it?

      Answer: The best time is with a meal. I take the Animal Pak at breakfast and dinner, so I take the Greens Pak at lunch time.
    • Question: How much Caffeine does this have?

      Answer: I don’t see a specific amount caffeine listed in the ingredients but I do see green tea extract and coffee bean extract which is a form of caffeine which stats 200mgs each. But I’m not sure if it effects the body the same way directly like caffeine. I used this product upon waking up. I personally didn’t get any caffeine jitters. If that helps any.
    • Question: Does this take the place of a Multivitamin?

      Answer: No, it doesn’t replace a multivitamin. It’s a great supplement to add
    • Question: Does this product have any Iron?

      Answer: Not as Iron itself, but some ingredients might. I don't know.

    Didn’t notice any difference besides..
    Only thing I noticed was tighter stools , comes with a ton of pills to swallow some harder then others but that’s expected with all animal products, probably wouldn’t purchase again unfortunately

    Love any product that UN carries
    Best way to get all your greens without the cost for each .. and that taste like crap..lol does cause gas so make sure to keep gas x on hand

    Easy to keep up with!
    I'd originally tried green powder shakes...worst decision. Lol. I'm very picky about flavor and couldn't stomach the green powder flavor. It may have been the brand I got, but either way, I didn't want to keep spending money on powders I may not like. Ended up looking for an alternative. These pills were super easy. They've got the tiniest of a funny taste but it's not bad at all. The pills for the day come in a little packet that can be thrown in to one of those daily pill containers and viola, easy to keep up with for daily use! Random thought: The look of the packaging isn't important to the pills but it sure is nice to look at it! Very nice job on that detail. Not sure if this changed anything in my body since I just started using them but it's great knowing I'm getting in that extra portion of greens in my diet!

    WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!
    helped my digestion, no bloating. i dont eat vegetables often so these really come in handy. between the greens the pak and the flex im all set.

    Great Green formula
    Decided to try these out. I break them down Breakfast, Lunch and Supper, rather not take all pills at once might stomach might not handle it. So far it works great, bloating is less and more energy you get. I do have the new formula which I will try once I finish off this can, less pills so I will break it Breakfast lunch. Animal products are great, I know lots of pills yet they have a great formula.
