Question: How to heat or freeze these little packss? I bought it but don't know how to use it?
Answer: Cooling and Heating Instructions ★ Cooling method: 1. Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least two hours prepare to use. 2. Insert the gel pack into the cloth cover before applying to your skin. 3. Apply the gel pack to the desired area of skin for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time. ★Heating method: Note: Too much heat can make the gel pack burst. Please stop heating if it starts to expand like a balloon. Microwave: 1. Flatten the gel pack to ensure the gel is evenly distributed. 2. Place the gel pack in the microwave on full power for 30 seconds. 3. Very carefully check the gel pack for your desired temperature. If the gel pack is too hot. Allow it to cool before applying to skin. If gel pack is not hot enough, microwave for additional 10 seconds to reach a safe and desired temperature. 4. Place the gel pack inside the cloth cover before applying to your skin. Hot Water: 1. Heat a large pot of water until it reaches a boiling point.Then remove the pot from heat. 2. Carefully place the gel packs into the heat water for 8-10 minutes, until it has reached the desired temperature before applying to your skin. 3.
