Question: Does type come in a single holder
Answer: It's one box that holds two toothbrush -
Question: Do you have to take it off the wall to charge it? The model I received has a sticker back, so not easily removed from wall.
Answer: It can be removed. The wall sticker is affixed to the wall. There is a buckle between the wall sticker and the toothbrush box. You only need to push it up to fix it, and push it down to remove it. -
Question: Instructions say to put test strip in unit and words will appear. No words appear with this unit. Now what?
