    • Question: Why won’t it hold a charge? It stopped working and I’ve had it less than 6 months

      Answer: It seems (from my experience) that if you leave it plugged jn all the time we'll past the 1-2 hours it takes to get a full charge, the battery starts to fail and won't hold a charge.
    • Question: Where is the led indicator.? it says to wait till it stops flashing but i'm not seeing it while charging or without charging.

      Answer: Hi, Thanks for your choice. The off/on button is the indicator light. When you charge it, the light is flashing. After full charge, the light will lighting continuously. If the indicator light does not work just like what I described, or there is any problem about our product, please contact me again.

    Didn't come with a charger
    I open the package and the only thing that was in there was the wand massager itself with the plastic holder that holds the wand still in the box. Its a good wand massager but it doesn't come with a charger. I don't know if its a mistake or not but I've also seen others not receiving a charging wire as well.

    Favorite toy
    Love the feel of this toy, not sure what it's made of maybe silicone, perfect size and the vibrating modes are just perfect. This has replaced a few toys and became my favorite. I say it beats a magic wand !

    So much fun and so cute!
    I love this toy! It's so cute and fun but super powerful! I enjoyed the intensity of the vibrations. I let my partner try it and he was so impressed with how intense it was. I love the pink and the cute little white collar. It was easy to charge and held a charge for a while. Definitely a great buy!
