Question: How do it come packaged anyone have pics of the packaging?
Answer: I do not have a picture but it came in 2 seperate boxes with their label on it. It's also wrapped in plastic inside the box. Pump is wrapped separately from oil bottle mostly likely to prevent spillage. -

Question: Can the rollerball be taken apart and cleaned - to clean down inside the black part?
Answer: The roller cannot be taken out. I found that putting a dolup of dish soap on the ball rolling it thoroughly and then soaking it in water for a while cleans it for the most part. -
Question: how do you clean the ball?
Answer: Soap and water -
Question: Can you put the bottle in the microwave?
Answer: I wouldn't because you might melt the plastic bottle that it's in. If you want to warm it up put it in a pot of hot water to make it warm. Just a suggestion.
