      Answer: They appear to have a coated interior to prevent leakage. They're smoother on the inside, like most paper cups.

      Answer: My paper cups came in wrapped plastic sleeves.

      Answer: I frankly don't know. I hope not, because I wanted something environmentally friendly . . . but you could be right. You'll have to check with the manufacturer.
    • Question: Are these pfas free?

      Answer: I use to heat my tea in plastic cups from Walmart. I decided that paper cups would be much safer. I was going to recommend a glass cup in your quest to be PFAS free. But.....after googling is glass PFAS free, it seems that even glass absorbs PFAS. So Audrey, if you want to be PFAS free, You going to have to move off planet.....have a nice trip !

      Answer: I don't believe they have either wax or plastic coating.

      Answer: There is no plastic in or on these cup

      Answer: Any standard size 16oz cup lid should work, however, I have found that the lids from the small containers of cookies also fits and seals the cup.
