Question: I just got these- are there instructions? I don’t see any. How many pods? One per big load?
Answer: 1 pod = 1 load. Two pods may be used for extra large loads or high capacity machines. 1 pod is sufficient for loads up to 25 pounds. For mini pods, 1 pod is sufficient for loads up to 10 pounds. -
Question: Susie's pods have a strong orange citrus smell
Answer: If you are looking for fragranced pods, the Dropps are probably not for you. The fragrance is not strong in this one. If you are wanting to get away from so many perfume smells with a focus on clean, this could be your chance. Try it out.. see if you like it! -
Question: Are the individual pods sealed in plastic? If not, what is that material?
Answer: Dropps’ pod membrane is a water soluble film made of polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH). When the film dissolves in your washer and enters the water stream, micro-organisms (including bacteria, yeasts, and fungi) that commonly exist in water treatment plants are capable of breaking down polyvinyl alcohol to water and carbon dioxide. -
Question: Would using these pods remove a strong laundry odor left on clothes?
Answer: I've used the pods to remove musty towel smell, and they worked great -
Question: Do these have to go in the detergent drawer or can I put them directly in my front loader machine? I mostly wash with cold water.
Answer: I put them directly in the washer, not the dispenser. I've not had any problems with them, even in cold water. -

Question: I have tried other eco friendly laundry products that faded my dark clothes. Do these fade dark clothes?
Answer: No, I have not noticed any fading of my clothing. -
Question: I'm confused- it literally states "Frangrance free" then listed right there in the ingredients it says Frangrance!?! So it's not fragrance free?
Answer: Per their website, "Every product is free from harmful ingredients and toxic pollutants". If you choose one of the options with a scent, there will be fragrance. There is an "unscented" option that you can choose. Here is a list of the ingredients as on their actual website for sensitive skin & baby laundry detergent: Alcohols, C12-16, ethoxylated (surfactant)*, glycerin (processing aid)*, C10-16 alkyl glucoside (surfactant)*, water (solvent), tetrasodium glutamate diacetate (chelator)*, lauramine oxide (surfactant)*, polyvinyl alcohol film (PVOH) with bittering agent (synthetic water soluble film)*. *Denotes plant or mineral origin. -
Question: Are these pods compatible with grey water?
Answer: If you are talking about an RV washer, I don't see why these can't be used to wash clothing in these washers. I habe an HE in mine and I would definitely use these pods. The pods come in different sizes and the small ones are perfect for small batch laundry. -

Answer: Trail and error.
