    Not a "Go To" product
    This is not a product you can depend on while out on the trail. Following the directions on the package, you still end up with a huge clumpy mess. It's such a pain to mix, you do need to let it sit for about 15 to 20 minutes which is all good if you prep before your run. But trying to replenish a bottle mid run with this stuff is impossible. The clumps get into the mouth piece of the bottle and totally clog it up. Picture is two scoops in a 500ml bottle, started with the smaller amount of water to try and mix it up, just doesn't break down quickly. Guess I'm just really spoiled by other products that mix well.

    Stomach Problems
    Highly recommended by friends - I found this product to upset my stomach. I followed the directions carefully. I tried this twice with the same result both times. Hope you have better luck with it than l did.

    Best Skratch!
    This is my favorite of the hydration products! This one isn’t sweet!!! The others are way too sweet for me and this one seriously just tastes like a lot but lemon flavored water. It’s perfect!! I don’t use it for working out, I use it to help my migraine symptoms. It’s a game changer for me. I drink it every day and my headaches are almost gone and without the sweet it doesn’t make me nauseous if I do have a headache. Seriously I love it!

    Life saver
    This stuff is amazing. Bought this to train for and run a spartan ultra and it worked great. I usually ran with one serving size in my 1.5L hydration pack so it was a little more watered down than the suggested amount of water to use but still worked great. The taste is very pleasant. Didn't upset my stomach. Kept me fueled and hydrated. The only downside is it doesn't mix very well

    It's the real deal!!!
    Scratch got me to the finish line at the Berlin Marathon. If taken as directed you will never feel drained. Will use for all of my training.

    It works
    I bought this as I don't always feel like eating while on a bike ride. Been using 4 scoops to start of the lemon-lime mix and it been keeping me fueled. No issues with the clumping, but I do let sit for 15-20 minutes before using it. I also let sit in the fridge overnight as well. I could see where the 15 minute wait on a self supported event would be a problem for a runner.

    A lot of carbs for a lot of distance
    I bought this for getting through long runs with energy left to spare and it was the right choice. The calorie density (400 cal/100g carbs) in 16oz water is invaluable and the gradual breakdown of Cluster Dextrin provides consistent energy throughout the whole activity. At the same time, it is easy to mix and the viscosity is just a little thicker than juice--it's not a syrupy sludge as one might expect.
