Question: How do you clean the case?
Answer: It is so easy to clean. They give two blue inserts. You just remove the blue insert and clean however you like. You have a extra to put in right away while you clean it. Wipe the inside out with paper towel or cloth.. I use soap and water and rinse well. It is a very nice product. -
Question: Does it lock on your tooth brush while traveling.
Answer: I wouldn’t say lock on. I would say if you want to protect your toothbrush while traveling use a different product. It opens pretty easy. -
Question: Can it be used horizontally?
Answer: I’m not sure I entirely understand, but I often lay it down on the counter instead of keep it upright. It works like any toothbrush cover, except it also sanitizes, but means you can keep your toothbrush in any position. I like it laying better as it’s a bit big for mine so laying it keeps it at my preferred angle for sanitizing. -
Question: How do you remove the sticker used to hold the toothbrush sterilizer on the wall when you are done using the toothbrush sterilizer ?
Answer: You can apply hot water to the sticker on the wall for a while, it will be easy to tear off. -
Question: Did anyone receive a uv test card as it says in the product description? also, i do not see the name taishan anywhere on the box i received. thanks.

If yours is not available, it may be that a certain one has been dropped by the manufacturer and not loaded, or it has been dropped during transportation. Please rest assured that the product is fully equipped with UV function. In addition, the packaging you mentioned does not have the word TAISHAN because we do not print the brand on the packaging. -
Question: Purchased this unit last year and worked great for 5 mo. Now light will not come on which leads me to believe that it's not sanitizing. Suggestions?
Answer: Check if it is fully charged and make sure it has not been dropped. -

Answer: I don’t see why not but do not use bamboo toothbrush.
