    Relieved pain!
    My daughter was having pain in her arches when wearing her volleyball shoes and softball cleats. We first tried an over the counter arch support orthotic to put in her shoes, this did not relive her pain. We tried these next. She had to start with small intervals of wear time, per the recommendations, but after a couple wears these have relived her arch pain. It is also nice that they aren't so bulky and the comfort sole in the bottom of the shoe didn't need removed to wear them comfortably.

    Comfortable!
    I have a bad back and need really good arch support. I bought these mainly so I could wear cheap flip-flops around while cleaning during our move (so I didn't ruin my good ones). They stayed put and provided enough arch support that I was able last for hours on my feet. I recently bought snow boots that don't have enough arch support but fit everywhere else. I'll definitely be using these in my boots!

    Cheap solution to foot pain.
    I have been using these arch supports for many years. When I first started having problems with one of my feet I talked to my doctor about it and she did not diagnose it correctly or refer me to a foot doctor. I had to figure out by myself that the pain in my ankle was being caused by my arch. After trying different arch supports in my shoes and wrapping my ankle for support I found these supports. I wear the support on just the affected foot in every type of shoe or boot. It has drastically reduced the pain in my foot and ankle and has saved me a lot of money. As long as I use this arch support I can walk miles in my every day routine.

    Works surprisingly well if you have fallen arches
    I’ve battled plantar fasciitis, and fallen arch issues for quite a while. I took a chance and ordered these thinking it can’t possibly be that simple. However they work very well. They definitely reduce pain , especially if I’m walking barefoot. The only thing that has been an issue, is that my feet sometimes swell during the day. They get a little tight toward the end of the day. But not so much that I am not able to suck it up and keep them on. All in all, these work quite well.

    Fantastic relief
    If u have Planter Fasciitis these are miracle workers!! I have it bad in left foot to the point I can barely walk on it. From the moment I popped one in it was consistent relief!! Amazing product
