Question: We bought thus and cannot figure out which one is for wet and which one is for dry. The pictures and videos do not sync with the items we have. ?
Answer: The light blue is for dry and the bright blue is for wet and you can use it with any kind of floor cleaning chemica -
Question: I need a replacement the little blue thing at the end it’s broke how do I get a replacement
Answer: Contact the seller would probably be your best bet. -
Question: Is it good for dog hair?
Answer: I don’t have a dog, but it picks up human hair. -
Question: What happens if you have used fabric softener when you washed them?
Answer: I don't use fabric softener on these think Iit might make them loose their grip -
Question: Is the cleaning frame actually 18 inches like the listing says?
Answer: The frame is 16.5”. The microfiber mop that slips over it, is 17.5”. My husband measured it for you. Hope this helps. -
Question: Can it be used on ceilings?
Answer: Yes. I believe so. The pole reaches my 12’ ceilings. Standard height today is 9’ I’m not sure how it would do on popcorn ceilings. The pads are microfiber, very absorbent and thick. If you do try them with popcorn ceilings, I would go over it very lightly so the pad doesn’t snag. -
Question: Width of the mop?
Answer: since the replacement pads are 6 inches by 18, I assume that the pads that come with it are that size! I love this mop, it works well for us. -
Question: Will this mop work with Bona Spray floor cleaner?
Answer: Yes. You can use any cleaner you like. It does not attach to the pole like a swifter does. I mix my solution in a bottle and spray the floor or walls and then use this to clean it up. For dirtier Floor’s, or homes with pets, I would purchase more pads. They are thicker and more absorbent than the bona pads.
